·         Created Word templates, toolbars, AutoText entries, and macros for use by developers so as to improve consistency among documents while increasing efficiency and reducing text entry time.

·         Developed a macro to strip the headers and footers from over 4,200 Word docs in an automated fashion. If done manually, this could have taken 180+ hours. The macro did the job in less than 1 hour.
